Specs
Processor: Intel Core i3
Memory: 4 GB of RAM
Storage: 128 GB SSD
Screen: 15.6 Inches
OS: Windows 10
Benefits
While the Intel Core i3 processor isn’t the most powerful on the market with many of the budget friendly models including a low end Intel Celeron this is a great addition to a laptop in this price range. The i3 has plenty of power to handle the average workload of most consumers without any noticeable performance issues.
Another way that Dell has sneaked in more performance than you might expect from a laptop at this price is by going with an SSD drive instead of the cheaper SATA. The SSD lacks any moving parts which allows it to read and write faster as well as use less power.
If you are still using physical media on a regular basis you will be happy to see that this model still includes a DVD+RW optical drive.
Downsides
We mentioned some things that Dell has done with this model to increase performance but where it failed to impress is the amount of internal memory. With just 4 GB of memory included this is the potential bottleneck when it comes to performance.
While we overall like the fact it has an SSD drive by going with a smaller model you only have 128 GB of storage available. For some this may just not be quite enough.
Verdict
For a budget friendly model the Dell Inspiron i3567-3484BLK-PUS does impress. If you are looking to save a few dollars this might be a great option for you.
