OS: Chrome OS

Benefits

– Obviously the biggest benefit that this laptop is going to is the flip design that gives you a 360 degree hinge design that can quickly and easily flip from laptop to tablet and stand modes and back again just as quick
– Looking for something light to take on the go? At just 2 pounds this laptop is extremely easy to take with you
– Being light is important but battery life needs to be good if it is to be a truly great mobile friendly device. With up to 9 hours of life possible on a single charge this laptop is good in this area as well
– Access to the Chrome Web Store with millions of apps

Downsides

– Very limited storage with just a 16 GB drive available. Even light file savers will have no problem filling this amount of space so having access to online storage such as Google Drive is a must
– Even though Google does a great job of offering apps that cover the functionality of many of the popular software packages there will still be times where you will run into issues where programs that you want will only run on Windows or Apple platforms

Verdict

Those looking for a low cost Chrome device that offers a little bit more will love the Asus Chromebook Flip C101PA-DB02.
